Due to both the delicate nature of our products, we can not accept any return(s).

If an item was damaged or not delivered, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please report damages within 24 hours of receipt. Please send an email to info (@) shaunleon.com. Please include, your order number as well as an image of the damaged product(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders that have incorrectly entered addresses as reshipping will be the responsibility of the recipient. We also can not replace orders marked as delivered.
